She introduces the scholarship on both/and thinking as an alternative approach to enable more creative and sustainable outcomes.
Professor Smith is the founder and faculty advisor of the Lerner’s Women’s Leadership Initiative at the University of Delaware. She is also a Research Fellow with the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation.
